Simply beautiful costume. Don't expect to get the fullness out of the skirt as shown. It took quite a while to figure out how to get the hoop part attached. It does not have a way to attach to the skirt and instructions are not adequate - The channel for the hoop to run through is at the bottom of the underslip! Here is what I felt was needed to get the best look: 1. Resew the zipper at the bottom. 2. Stitch down the bodice as the underlining would not lie down. 3. Use lots of spray startch (and a hot iron) to make the collar stand up like shown. 4. Make another underslip for added poofy appearance. This runs a bit small so be prepared to order a size larger. Really nice quality.
