The costume was made well enough. My son loved it (yes it was a girl's costume worn by a boy). It fit just right. Everybody knew right away who the character was. I had to add the hair and the knee pads but the cape, the velcro and the hat were of adequate quality to get through two parties and trick or treating. It can also be worn as a play costume, which is nice.
