Dark Knight Costume for Kids - Batman

I cannot review the costume as I have had no opportunity to see it. I ordered the costume online for my son who is out of state, and I was promised at the time of purchase that the costumes would arrive in time for Halloween; however, the costumes (I bought a Catwoman costume for my daughter, as well) did not arrive until Monday, November 1st, the day after Halloween. Their mother did not have enough money to go to a retail store to replace the costumes that hadn't yet arrived, so your company's incompetence and inefficiency essentially ruined Halloween for my children. They are 10 years old, and this was to be their first Halloween in 7 years, as their had mother became a Jehova's Witness after our divorce, and, consequently, did not allow the kids to celebrate holidays. She has recently left the church, and, as I stated, this was to be their first Halloween celebration in many years, and they were very excited and happy about the prospect of finally going trick-or-treating. I understand that the late delivery may have been entirely the fault of the postal system; however, your company has not contacted me in any way to apologize, nor make any sort of amends for the mistake. I am very unhappy with the whole transaction, to say the least. I can only hope, for the sake of other children, that you will do your best in the future to keep the promises that you make on your website. Good day.
