Batmans Joker Costume - Ultimate Collection

I received my Joker costume from you yesterday, and was less than pleased. Although we received what was advertised, when we went to unbutton the overcoat, one of the button faces popped off. Then, when my son went to try on the grey button-up shirt, one of the cuffs was missing a button as well, that was nowhere to be found in the bag. In addition, there are several areas where there was excess threading hanging off the costume. I would have expected this type of workmanship on a much cheaper costume...but, we spent close to $200 on this product and expected more to be honest. Since I was not able to return the costume, I've had to pay to have the broken button fixed, replace the missing one and trim away all the misc. hanging threads. I was looking forward to referring your company to my many family and friends that are always looking for an excellent costume store. I'm now thinking that might not be such a great idea...
