I did not receive the costume until Tuesday, November 1st due to the USPS losing the package. I returned the costume once I received it as Halloween was over.
I did try to contact your company numerous times over the phone and via email and no one ever responded. Not very customer service so I will not be using your company again to purchase a costume.
