Within minutes of ordering my costume I realized I had ordered the wrong size. So I proceeded to call Costume Kingdom before the order was requested to be shipped. I called and called and called numerous times within that hour. Almost every time it went straight to a busy tone and others it rang for about 2 minutes then automatically switched to the busy tone. There was no voicemail possibility or answer of any kind. Finding out the number of the business also in your store I immediately called and explained my problem. He told me there was nobody on the line so the call should be going through and he refused to help me any further saying it was no affiliation with him. But somehow he could still see that nobody was keeping the phone lines busy. Herego after calling your office at least 25 times within that hour I wrote an email to the one given on your website. No response to that either. But three days later I did receive an email saying my order had been shipped. SO I paid $65 for a costume I could not wear. All I wanted was a size exchange. Whoever answers your phones and replies to emails is not doing their job to service the customers.
