I ordered this wig on October 26th for my Nigel Tufnel costume. I used "2nd Day Air" so it would arrive by October 29th. Well, I learned from UPS on October 29th that it would arrive on November 1st. I contacted Costume Kingdom since there was "guaranteed" shipping, and nobody responded until now when I get to review the product for a chance to win an Apple product. Seriously... I understand it's Halloween and it's busy. But can I return this wig and get my money back? Is anyone from Kingdom listening? (PS: The wig itself in Blonde - didn't open this one yet since I want to return it - was actually as pictured and of pretty decent quality)
