Shrek Costume for Adults - Big & Tall

We ordered 3 costumes from costume kingdom. Our items were to be shipped the same day or by the next day. We ordered them on a Thursday and expected them by the lastest (per their website) by Tuesday (the day before we had a Halloween party to go to). Our items weren't even shipped until Monday and we didn't get them until Thursday night at around 8:30 at night. I tried every available number for the company only to get busy signals ALL day long. I did have the option to leave a message one time, but no one every called me back. I also e-mailed the company and NEVER received an e-mail back. Needless to say we ended up with 3 costumes that we were suppose to wear twice and ended up only wearing them once due to the fact that the company shipped the product 4 days later than when they promised. We are very disappointed in the company and will never order from them again. We've had good luck w/ other on-line companies for Halloween costumes that we will use in the future. This company needs to learn customer service skills before they promise things that can't do. Buyer Beware!
