I wore this for Halloween this year and it is super cute! I normally wear a size 8 so I ordered size M/L and it fit pretty well. It was a bit big in the bust area but I'm little lacking there. I pinned it a bit and it worked out just fine.
The length is perfect, hits about mid thigh. & there is no need for a petticoat as it has two layers of fluffy tulle over a fabric skirt. I would recommend getting the white thigh high stockings with black bows to complete the look! :)
