Title: Enchanting...
Item is really 'blue', like a turquoise-y blue, the color one would think when thinking of 'Alice'. It is really a 'Dress'. It goes PERFECT, with La_5001_Blue (matching shoes), and either, the white thigh-highs with black bow OR the 'Tea Cup' Thigh-highs!

I wore this for Halloween this year and it is super cute! I normally wear a size 8 so I ordered size M/L and it fit pretty well. It was a bit big in the bust area but I'm little lacking there. I pinned it a bit and it worked out just fine.
The length is perfect, hits about mid thigh. & there is no need for a petticoat as it has two layers of fluffy tulle over a fabric skirt. I would recommend getting the white thigh high stockings with black bows to complete the look! :)
