The product itself was wonderful. HOWEVER, I was sent the wrong size. I was still a good 3 weeks from Halloween so I thought "no problem" I'll return it for the correct size. I called the company no less than 10 times and no one would ever answer the phone! I also sent 3 emails stating my problem (nicely) and simply asked what to do. NOPE....no one ever answered. I have been afraid to send the costume back thinking I will never be reimbursed. BAD COMPANY. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
