I placed an order on 10/26/10 order #202943 in the amount of $197.49 including tax. The shipping was free but my card was charged $219.45 because the shipping was added. This charge was not authorized by me and I have tried calling your company from both numbers I found over 50 times and no one ever picks up. I also emailed you about this problem on 10/28/10 with no response. I tried to use the form on your website to send you a message but when I go to submit it says Ooops, sorry the page you requested is not existing. I am going to contact my bank and dispute the full charge of $219.45 and have it reversed if your company does not fix the issue. As for the costume it was poorly made, the stitching is not even, there were 2 black dots on the white portion and a run in the fabric which I had to use clear nail polish so it wouldn't continue to run.I will never order a product from your company again as it is cheaply made and you have no customer service by phone or by email.
