All packages must have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

NO RETURNED PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.

PLEASE NOTE:
We are unable to accept returns on orders placed between October 15th and November 15.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refunds are for the price of the merchandise only and we do NOT refund any shipping charges. The following items are not returnable if opened under any circumstances; this is done for sanitary reasons.

• Wigs, beards and facial hair
• Make up, teeth and or fangs
• Hosiery and undergarments
• Shoes and boots (Shoes that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging are not returnable.)

If you need a different size item or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and then return the item(s) you have already received. Once your package has been received at costumekingdom.com, your refund will be processed in a timely manner. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of return.

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED MUST BE IN ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING AND MUST NOT BE MISSING ANY PIECES OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND.

ALL ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION WILL BE CREDITED BACK LESS OUR COST OF SHIPPING ITEM OUT (usually $6.50-7.00).
