Templar Knight's like this one are the signature warriors of the long series of wars that was the Crusades. While you could pontificate ad nauseum about the Crusades, what you can't debate is that the Templar were the most feared and respected Western fighters of the time. They also look pretty cool, as you can plainly see. And you know where the curse of Friday the 13th comes from? It comes from back when the King of France got scared of the Knights Templar's power, so, he ordered a purge of the whole organization. Those who weren't killed were arrested or excommunicated. Pretty cool, huh?
